Manufactured from ALNICO (an alloy of aluminium, nickel, iron and cobalt) magnets encapsulated with PTFE coating. Cross formed magnetic stirring bar creates a deep vortex even at relatively slow speeds and provides an excellent mixing. Their angled body forms reduce the friction effect during stirring and provide excellent centering and smooth uninterupted stirring. Their perfect contacts with the base of the flask reduce the risk of ricochet during stirring.
