please enter the first 6 digits of the product number and the LOT number shown on the chemical product labels into the fields below, then click the magnifying glass icon to search.
The product number and LOT number are located on the product label, as shown in the sample label above.

To access the COA Certificate for Laboratory Consumables;

the letters and numbers on the logo found on the label or packaging indicate the product’s LOT (batch) number.
The LOT number is generated using the letters and numbers on the logo, the year of manufacture, and the last three digits of the product catalog number.

Please enter the information in the correct order and add a “-” (hyphen) between each part (e.g., 2Dd-15-xxx).

After entering the product number and LOT number, click the magnifying glass icon to perform the search.
