A short while ago you took action in a project and you have visited plenty of cities especially which are located in Black Sea Region and Anatolia. Could you please give us a brief about your business trip?
We started our business trip from Bartın province and then we have visited cities respectively in Black Sea Region, East Anatolia, Southeastern Anatolia, Central Anatolia and finally Mediterranean Region . We have delivered 5.000 İnterlab Catalog to 28 different cities and we covered a 11.000 kilometers of distance. Our project completed in 6 weeks in Antalya.
Cities we've visited are respectively: Bartın, Kastamonu, Sinop, Samsun, Ordu, Giresun, Trabzon, Rize, Gümüşhane, Erzurum, Erzincan, Bingöl, Elazığ, Kars, Ağrı, Iğdır, Van, Bitlis, Siirt, Diyarbakır, Urfa, Kayseri, Sivas, Tokat, Konya, Burdur, Isparta and Antalya.
How many universities have you visited?
We delivered our catalogs to 30 universities all over the country. We visited these universities' various types of laboratories such as chemistry, biology, chemical engineering, food engineering, environmental engineering, agricultural engineering, bio-engineering, pharmacy, medicine and central research laboratories. We also delivered İnterlab Catalog to public or private corporations such as community health centers; food control laboratories; food, chemical or cement manufacturing facilities and various types of test laboratories alongside universites. Our aim was to bring Isolab quality all over the country and we suppose we’ve done a succesfull job.
How is your consideration, how are İnterlab and Isolab known in Anatolia?
We saw that our brand Isolab is known everywhere in Turkey from Iğdır to Isparta. Most of the feedbacks we've received were about customer satisfaction. Our customers were glad to receive an İnterlab Catalog from an İnterlab representetive, by company itself. Our new catalog won high recognition by our customers, thanks to it’s design and product content.
What was your toughest struggle during this long term business trip?
It was really difficult to take permission from universities for distributing catalogs. Long-lasting processes reduced our energy and wasted our time. And it was also difficult to estimate directions. You can’t imagine how many times we got lost while we were trying to find a way to a community health center or an university, even though we got lost while we were on the way of our hotel.
Thank you for your conversation.
You're welcome.
