Lot number can be read on the label of the product. (An example is given on the left)
The product code is a 12-digit code which is on te left hand side of the product name on the product’s label.
Please choose the first 6 digits of the relevant product code from the product code list above, then you can enter the “lot number”of the product which is also given on the label.
After clicking search icon you can obtain relevant CoA.

In order to obtain sample certificate of Analysis (CoA), please select "sample CoA" from Certificate Type list.
