Two alternative bottles are offered for the use in sprout and sapling cultures or sapling or callus. The bottles and caps suitable for sprout and sapling cultures are manufactured from polypropylene. The bottles and caps suitable for sapling or callus are manufactured from polycarbonate and HDPE. The bottles are non-sterile but they are autoclavable. They are designed for reduced contamination with screw caps. The bottles have a working volume of 500 ml.
